URGENT: Student Clubs/Organization Annual Budget Application Deadline

We are currently within the Annual Budget application timeframes for the 2018/2019 academic year and I wanted to send an email letting you know that time is running out as the final day to submit a request for Annual Budget Funding is November 19, 2017
 
The Annual Budget funding process is offered as a means for student clubs and organizations to apply for, and potentially receive, financial support for the club/organizations activities throughout the year (this can include guest speakers or event materials etc.., as outlined within the finance code).

There are over 300 clubs and organizations on campus, and so far we have only received 50 applications; so we would like to ask you to reach out to your club/organization to see if they’ve sent in an application, or if they’re planning to do so; we also wanted to alert you to the timeframes as well, as you may not be aware of them.
